Below is specific information regarding JM Engineering capabilities and equipment.

• Equipment: welders, schlatter grid and mesh welders, Schlatter multi-axis welder, robotic MIG-welding, programmable fixture routing, automatic press feeds, press brakes, ring machines, pipe sweging and rolling easy way and the head way.

• Materials: Cold rolled steel, stainless steel, sheet metal, tubing and wire.

• Gauges:
  • Wire sizes range from .035 to 500” diameter
  • Sheet metal ranges from .020" to .250" thick.
  • Tube RD and SQ .500” to 2.50
    
    
• Tolerances: +.030" is standard; down to +.010" where practical.

• Manipulation: Rolling, cutting, forming, bending, resistance welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, chamfering, ring-coiling, beading, coining, stamping, swaging, punching, threading, drilling, milling, etc.

• Finishes Available: Chrome, nickel, and zinc plating; powder coating and vinyl dips; and electro polished stainless steel.

• Tool Room: Fully equipped tool room allows for complete in-house tooling and fix Turing.

• Packaging: Assembly, labeling, pack outs and drop-shipments as required.
